Register of Sponsor and Get a license (Tier 2 General)

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and I am happy that I am into right forum as well by looking at all posts. I came to UK under Tier 2 Intra company transfer last year, As I have already got a job offer from a UK registered IT company, I am sure I should shift to Tier 2 general. Also they are very small company which has 0-9 workers.

Unfortunately they are not registered sponsors and am in the situation to get this done for them. I understand that for being a sponsor, you should get a license and CoS to start with.

I wanted to know, how far this is feasible and how hard to get this done.

Any idea about how the overall process will be?

It would be great if you can share your thoughts and ideas.
