Discretionary Leave to Remain

i was recently awarded Discretionary Leave to remain for 3 years and my asylum was rejected, i want to travel .
what are my ristrictions
do i need to fill out a TD112 form , which part as i was not awarded asylum
please help , i feel lost

You dont need to fill out any form. You can travel freely but make sure that it will not be more then 90 days in one year out side UK.
