In possession of ILR (As a Spouse), which benefits?

My wife recently obtained ILR.

Does she have exactly the same access to benefits as a UK citizen now?

Are benefits of any importance to a naturalisation application?

Yes she has the same access to benefits as a UK citizen and it will not affect her route to citizenship
