Qualification Degree Missing

Hi

I do not have my degree and the university will take a few months to issue one.
As per the ukba website I need a Academic reference and a Academic Transcript.

I have managed to get the Academic reference from Mumbai University.

Is Academic Transcript from my college acceptable or do I need it from the university?? (The university is refusing to provide it)
Can marksheet be used instead of the transcripts??

What do you mean when you say missing? Yet to be awarded? Lost? ....

If missing for any reason other than "yet to be awarded" then you also need a letter from University that they are unable to re-issue another certificate of award.

The degree is lost. The university has given me a letter stating that it will be issued in the month of Jan 2010. The academic reference letter is in the correct format as per ukba website.

However, for academic transcript my university is refusing to issue it. As per mumbai university transcripts are issued by the college in which one studies.

What I wanted to know was, will the transcripts issued by my college be acceptable or do i need some additional letter from university.
