can any one ans my question please.
do i have to go and live in another eu country b4 i can go to india and marry my boyfriend.
or
can i just go to india marry him than we both can come back together to that eu state.
we are planning to have a hotel booking for a month or so when we come back to any eu state.
please this is the last hurdle for me and i would really be glad for any guidance

Sorry for not answering your question cuz I'm not sure about the answer. I'm just wondering why the uk immigration route failed with you while it shouldn't

If this is related to your previous question then please keep it in the same thread and do not ask people to dig for relevant information.

Your best bet is probably to marry outside the EU but familiarise yourself with the rules of the member state you have in mind and also how that member state handles marriages of convenience.
