I know this sounds ridiculous, but could somebody please how do I fill out the "Awarding Body" box. Is it the name of my university. If so, what should I write in the box "Institution where studying"

Name of the institution / University / college that has issued the certificate of award.

Name of the college / institution where you are / were studying.

Probably not, unless the university you are studying at ALSO awards the degree. If you are at a college, then the likelihood of that being the case is very slim. Phone your admin department at uni/college and ask - they'll be able to clarify in a few seconds.
