We just got married on 22nd Oct in London I came on marriage Visitor we went for our Honeymoon came to London now I am back in My home country. I have travel UK extensively in last 5 years literally once a month. I have my own business & i travel . My wife works a CA in very reputed company She makes around £38,000 per year but have no saving on the other hand I have some saving for around £ 5,000 - £7000

My question is it ok if i apply for settlement visa with no saving from her ?

Second since I travel the 2 yrs rule I have to be in UK for Straight 2 yrs can i travel during that time ? will it count against my ILR application ?

It doesn't matter which of you have savings or income, as long as you can show you are self-supporting financially. Savings by the way aren't mandatory.
You can travel during the initial 2 year period but you will need to show when applying for ILR that you have been living together and settled in the UK.
i.e considerable gaps apart may be questioned.
