Please Help!

Post by f » Tue Nov 23, 2010 12:10 am

I will be applying for indefinite leave to remain for my husband soon. However I have not been able to find any work, this is mostly because i am expecting and so it has been very hard. My husband however is working. What are the chances that my application will be successful. Please help me. I am very stressed about this. Thanks in advance!

You need to mention your current immigration status and the category you are applying under.
Best regards

If your husband is applying as spouse on SET(M) then it doesn't matter which one of you in employed as long as you can support yourselves financially. The focus is on the fact that the marriage is continuing and you are living together.

Hey! He is applying as a spouse. He has almost had his 2 year stay and now is extending it for the 10 years. Thanks for your replies, I feel a bit relieved now, is there anywhere where it states in writing that I do not have to work, just so that I am 100% confident. Thanks again for your help!

What will he be applying for?
