HSMP- Appeal Allowed can i apply for jobs with court letter

Hi,
This is Kishore.. i have applied for HSMP extension to stay.. But home house office refused with the reason that i have shown the maintenance of funds in Business account instead of Personal current account.
I have appealed same in immigration court and i won the case .
I got my case allowed letter form court but still it will take time to get visa will be stamped on my passport. so mean time am i eligible to apply for jobs with the court letter
please help me in this query

Sure you can apply, but it'll be upto the employers how friendly or open they are ... explain it clearly to them and I'm sure some will understand, while some might want to wait till you get the visa stamped.
