Hi There,

If someone clarify that is there any restriction that tier 1 dependent must have to come UK after getting entry clearance? Or there is no such issue and dependent can come any time before the time of his/her visa expiry date?

No Restriction - Entry can be made before the expiry.

Many thanks. If i can ask one thing that what would be dependent status when i would apply ILR?
