Tier 2 Extension Query

Hi,

I will need to extend my Tier 2 (ICT) work permit and I received it before April 2010 basically the visa was issued in 2009 February.

When I apply for the extension

1. Do I need another COS from my company ? when does my company need to apply?

2. Which option needs to taken for applying - will I be given just the same status for another 2 years if my visa is for 3 years valid now or changed to Established Staff

What would be the best way to go forward for extension?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I have read all the details - what I am concerned here is that the extension documents donot clearly mention what needs to be exactly done. This is given for current ICT permit holders.

Also do I need a new COS?
