27 Month Spouse Visa Expire

Hi,

I am just wondering what happens if when your applying for your ILR and your spouse visa expires while the ILR application is in process as they say contact us after 14 weeks have passed as its now 8 weeks for us end of November.

if you made the application before your spouse visa ran out, you have leave to remain under s.3(C) of the Immigration Act 1971 until the application is decided.
