Case Category : HSMP JR
We all have Indian passports (Parents+both children)
ILR Received : in Nov2010 for all four of us
Backdated : Oct2008

1st Child born: Sep07
2nd Child born: Aug10

q1) What forms can be used for british passport for both the children?
q2) Can yu also specify current fees? Since I dont understand forms / process I cant get their fees structure.
q3) Can my wife apply (HSMP JR dependent...now received ILR with me) for Citizenship alone as I want to retain my Indian Passport?

Were the children born in the UK?

Your wife may apply for naturalisation as and when standard requirements are satisfied.
