WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO WORK WHEN I COME BACK

Post by aosun007 » Sun Nov 28, 2010 5:21 pm

I am planning to apply for entry clearance as a dependant of old styled work permit holder though i am on Tier I Gen still having above a year leave to remain on it.
but it was stated that Dependant of work permit holder will not be able to work if granted less than 6 months visa with reference to this
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... ependants/.
I will be granted less than even 3 months.
Does that means that i will not be able to work here again when i come back until my spouse and myself obtain ILR.
or may be i am missing something.
Can you all please contribute.
Regards

Why can't you remain on Tier 1?
