Hello to everyone.
Need some advice on schengen visa.
I have a UK residence permit, I'm going to Bolivia for a month returning to London on the 02/01/2011, then I would like to go to Italy on the 4th for a friend's birthday, just wondering if I can apply the schengen visa at the Italian Consulate in La Paz?

Probably not. Generally only the citizens and permanent residents of the countries can apply for visas in embassies of EU countries.

Thanks for the reply, but I forgot to mention I'm Bolivian citizen, wouldn't that help?
