Dependant visa refusal for my wife

Hi all,
I am holder of Tier1 general migrant visa and we have applied for dependant visa for my wife through BDHC Chennai and it was refused because we submitted scanned copies of bank statements on getting a confirmation email from VFS Hyderabad.Now that we have appealed for it sending original bank statements, May I know how many days will it take to get the visa? Its been 10 days I have submitted my Appeal papers at Chennai and dint hear anthything from them till now.Shall I wait for the decision or should I reapply?..please help me..
