Tier 1 Details

Hey guys,In UKBA website on 24th December news,there is this note that details about Tier1 extension will be published "as soon as possible".how long normally does it take,is it going to be after 2011 or before that?I know that the new rule will apply from June 2011 but when we will find out about our situation as "ALREADY EXISTING TIER 1 HOLDERS IN THE COUNTRY"? Thanks:)
