Spouse Visa Respondent Withdrawn the original decision

Post by sajidmahmood » Wed Dec 01, 2010 8:32 pm

Hi,

My brother-in-law received a letter from the tribunal service stating "The respondent has withdrawn the original decision" followed by a letter from UKBA International Group stating that the decision will be reviewed and asked to provide the following documents
Applicant Passport
Copy of Spoonsor passport showing current immigration status
TB test certificate
Date of travel

does anyone know what are the chances of getting visa in the above case? Will they accept sponsor's copy of passport certified 5 months ago or do we need to provide them recent copy? does it need to certified?

Many thanks for any help.

it's not possible to say what the chances are, sorry. But they do sometimes grant visas after reconsidering the original decision.
I am not, and cannot, offer legal advice to particular people. I can only discuss general areas of immigration law.

People should always consider obtaining professional advice about their own particular circumstances.

I would love to hear from people who were in the same situation as us.

Thanks
