Switching from 2 (ICT) to Tier 1 General - Queries

Hi,

Currently I am in Tier2 ICT and planning to switch to Tier1 General. My current employer will not allow me to switch to Tier 1. But after I hear the news regarding Tier 1 General closure , I want to switch to Tier 1 . Could the experts of this forum please help me on the following queries,

1. Salary slips - Should all salary slips(12 months) should be stamped with the company seal by the employer. As on now we are getting only soft copies. what is the alternate way if I cant get the salary slip stamped(rubber stamp)
2. As my company may not allow me to switch if I book premium service , will HO call my company to confirm whether I am working there to book premium service?

3. When my company will come to know about my switching? Is there any formal communication will be send by HO to my company regarding my status change?
