complex immigration issue

Dears sir/madam


I will gratefully appreciate if a senior member or some one who has been in the same situation can adverse on this Complex and difficult immigration issue.

I claim asylum in 2003, which was declined in 2004.

Arrested in 2007 for using a false document to work

Sentence for 9 months in prison ,which I serve 4 ½ mouths.

Detained and released 1 month later

Grant certificate of approved in 2009

Married to my wife which is polish nationality

Granted 5 years residence card 2009

2010 I made a further submission regarding my asylum claim which was declined in 2004.

I put forward my new circumstance

Married,

2 kids from my marriage.

All certificates I obtained In uk .

I running my own business company now and paying tax.

With all this new evidences I have been grant IRL under a legacy case in November 2010.


My question is? Can I apply for naturalization in November 2011 with my criminal record?

i have been tall by a solicitor that technicaly yes is possible under a immigration rules .

what does that mean?
