When I am booking online appointment, it does not take my baby details as main applicant probably due to age. Could I book appointment in my name ?

Also could you please share your experence and what documents you submitted ?

I did it last year in march. I got appointment by calling them. I took following documents

My Passport
Wife's passport
Baby's passport
My bank statments
My salary slips
Baby's full(detailed) birth certificate
Baby's pictures
Filled forms

But make sure you look for all the required documents as the requirements might have changed by now. If in doubt it is better to call home office and ask them.
