please advice for the application for British naturalization.

i have completed 12 months after ILR after completing 5 years on work permit.

planning to apply for Naturalization.

1. can i take two reference one by my director and another by my manager.(its limited company).

2.do i need to submit any bank statement and payslips.

i am working with this company since 2004.

i have all the absences within the limit.last 5 years total absences are 270 days and last 12 months is 20 days only.

please advise what are the documents do i need to submit.

If some is working through a own private ltd company as a director and pay tax via paye
Does she need to get that

evidence from HM Revenue and Customs confirming you have paid tax over the relevant period as well.

and what is business person is it same as self employed or someone working through a pvt ltd company come under the same defination?
