Visitor VISA rejected

Respected Members,

I have applied for Visitor VISA for my mother for UK but it was rejected.

My mom wants to visit one of her friend in UK and we also got letter of sponsorship from her UK friend but VISA was rejected on the ground that they are not satisfied by the genuinety of trip. Could any one please let me know what docs to be submitted for genunity of trip?

There are no such documents for genunity of trip. The only issue is to satisfy the IO that she will come back to her home country and to do so she should provide as much information possible.
1) If selfemployed IT returns for last 3 years.
2) If employed for a company then provide payslips and a letter from the company stating that her holidays for UK have been approved from --date to -- date and will resume work from -- date.
3) Bank statements with enough funds in the a/c and the a/c should belong to the applicant.
4) Property documnets, fixed deposits if any.

If someone is dependant on your mother financially or otherwise, better mention that in detail explaining how they are dependant with proof.

Explain in detail that she got strong roots in home country.

there is no dependant of my mother in law... she has two daughters and both are married... and well settled... i groom of her younger daughter is sponsoring the trip... What should I include in cover letter that she will come back to India...

Please advise urgently...

1 family tree ..... to show she has a faimily to go back to in India

2. Job/Savings...... a good reason to return back home

3. Land/property .... another good reason to return

4. Any other things....... you will know better than I will do why you think she will return back home after visit...... dont be afraid to state it.
