hello thr i have been a victim of domestic violence currently i have 2 years spouse extension visa my husband is british citizen i have police report as a evidence do home office really grant ILR on basis of domestic violence because my solicitor is now making an application to home office for ILR i am also 8 months pregnant not living with my husband anymore is thr any help or guidance i would really appreciate i dont want to go for soujourner because of my pregnancy they are not accepting me
