Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Can anyone please suggest if change of employment application and tier 2 general applications are different?
My status is that I am on Tier 2 ICT currently and i found a new employer who has sponsored me a job and I have been given a valid COS as well to apply for visa.

Am using the Tier 2 General application form... Is this the right app form that I'm using?
