Bank statement and FD letter for maintenance funds

Bank statement and FD letter for maintenance funds

Dear Seniors,

I am planning to apply on coming Monday.

My query -

Which "From" and 'To" date should I get the bank statements, Bank letter and Fixed deposit letter? I don't have a choice but need to show 3 bank statement and an FD for maintenance funds.

I need the Bank letter and FD letter format with the required wordings

Is it ok if the Bank statement for maintenance funds and Earnings are for different date? I have already procured the bank statement from 1 Oct 2009 to 29 Nov 2010 to show my previous earnings from 1 Nov 2009 to 31 Oct 2010.
