How can I call my same-sex partner to live with me in the UK

I am in a same-sex relationship with my partner. She was my girlfriend when i was 13 and we got back together last december 28, 2009. I have studied from the UK with a bachelors degree. I am going to apply for Post study work permit this coming february.

As same-sex marriages are not legal here in the Philippines, I couldn't make her my lawful wife but we had what they call a holy union ceremony last august. My partner have evidences of our relationship in the form of my letters, cards, gifts, pictures during our wedding, pictures of our time spent together when i went to visit her twice in 2010. Also i have tattoos on my body of her name and the date of our wedding. How can I call my partner to live with me in the UK ? Please tell me the procedures and How can I prove that our relationship is genuine.

If you and your partner have been living together in a relationship akin to marriage or civil partnership for at least 2 years (319C(c)(iii)), then your girlfriend may apply for entry clearance as dependant (unmarried same-sex partner) of a Tier 1 (PSW) migrant.

Please read the post of sushdmehta well, particularly the websites he included. Having said that, there is an aspect fo your same-sex relationship/marriage which is equally important, if not more important than your bringing her in to the UK.

It is the very future of the relationship itself! Do you strongly believe that both of you strongly love each other enough that the relationship can withstand all pressures, particularly as same-sex marriage is not recognised in your country? This is what both of you should sit down and discuss properly so that you both know what you are going into.
