visa refusal under 320(a) Aug 2009 implications

I had my visa refusal under 320(a) Aug 2009 since my employment could not be verified. Can somebody guide me whether I cannot apply again for 10 years because I am looking forward for study in UK.

There's no 320(a)!

Were you accused of deception and refused for the same reason? If possible, provide content of refusal notice for members to suggest accurately.
