Query regarding Family details - Tier 1 general

1. I have given my spouse details and selected that she is not travelling with me as I would like to apply only for myselft now. Is that fine?
2. I have entered my children details and selcted that they are not travelling with me. My second child is not named yet, one month old, can I say b/o of my wife's name. is that fine?

2. What is b/o? Have you not thought of a name already for the child?! Wouldnt it be easier to decide one now and use that on the form?
