ILR, WILL AFFECT IN THIS CASE???

My question is
I am brazilian my husband is Italian, we came to London in march 2005 and we get married in septermber 2005, I have a 5 years visa that will expire in February 2011,
We are receiving HOUSING BENEFICT, CONSUL TAX BENEFICIT, WORK TAX CREDIT, CHILD TAX CREDIT, AND CHILD BENEFICIT, all this is in my husband name but he put my name and insurance number on the applycation. But I do not work.


we applied for Disabillity Living allowance also for my son, he is 4yo he is autistic, he born here and he have italian passaporte, but we are still whaiting for answer from Disability Living Allowance.

Will all these beneficit affect my Indefinit Leave to Remmaing?
