Tier-1 General , MCA from IGNOU

Dear Friend,

I have MCA ( Masters in Computer Application) from IGNOU, New Delhi in English Medium. However in my Marks Card or the Degree, its not mentioned that my degree is in English.

I would like to know, If I can file a VISA application without going for NARIC or IELTs.

My university is listed in Point Based Calculator system.

The safest option is to get a NARIC statement of comparability (given against the highest degree) and a NARIC statement of English Proficiency (given against the bachelor degree).

Thanks for the comment.. Just another doubt, I checked with NARIC and they asked me to submit all the Certificates starting from 10th. I have 10th and 12th in Hindi Medium and Graduation and PG is in English..So m not sure if thats gonna be any problem..

...strange as I have a BIT and MCA from IGNOU; recently switched to Tier 1 G (from within UK). I only sent photocopies of both my degrees and final mark lists. And I got both the statements (Comparability & English Proficiency). Ofcourse I had to pay for both.
