Need Help from Tier1 to Tier 2

Hi Guyz,

I am currently on Tier 1 PSW visa but i want to apply for tier2 before April-2011 because i will not qualify after changes.

Before i intend to do Tier1 General but since government increase earning from £20000 to £30000 i am strugling to qualify for this.

so what i decide is that

Currently i am working full time Accountant £18000 per year and i want to apply for tier 2 as my expected salary is £24000 in next increament.

Can you please let me know what documents i should from employer to apply for Tier 2 visa.

I'd have thought you'd find it difficult to get a tier 2 visa for a £24k pa accountant's job.

i have check in self assesment points calculator and i get 10points for expected salary upto GBP 23000

Can any one please let me what is the first step in order to get the sponsorship certificate keeping in mind that my employer does not have tier2 license.
i am working since feb-2010 as Accountant
