WP+HSMP+Tier1 to ILR and Dependant visa

Post by saminkhan » Sun Dec 12, 2010 2:03 am

Hi

I came to the UK on WP on 20th April 2006 and then changed to HSMP and Tier 1. I am planning to apply for ILR next year through premium service but not sure when to apply. Does the same 28 days period applies to premium service?

Secondly, my wife moved to the UK as Tier 1 dependant couple of months ago and she needs to get her visa changed now to general spouse visa. Does she need to pass english test like spouse visa applicant.

Finally, is there any link for supporting documents for both of these applications.

Thanks

I believe that it does.

Yes. She may switch.

However, if she has been living with you for at least two years, then she may also be included in your ILR application.
