Please guide me what to do

Hi friends,


I had applied for Tier 1 Gen in Oct 2010 and it was refused by the home office due to I did not have 800£ for the last 3 months in my account.I have appealed about it and hearing is in end of this month. But I already know that it only give me some time and I can not win because it was my mistake(not maintained 800 in account for 3 months).Also I don,t have any other account any where to show the required amount.

The problem is I am in big Debt.The amount is around 37000£.pounds from UK banks and I am paying monthly instalment from last 2 years. and If I go back to India than it will be very difficult or almost impossible for me to pay it back.Because I don,t have any job ready in there and I have to set up every thing again there.

I just want to know Can I ask the Immigration judge for discretionary leave because I want to pay all of my debt here which I can not pay from my home country.


Please help me in this matter,any help will be greatly appreciated.
