plz tell me how do i get tb test appointment? i am in Islamabad.

I imagine that you got some sort of long term settlement visa to the UK

For the TB test, go to a local hospital close to you and get a chest x-ray and tell the doctor to run a TB test. Get a copy of that test report and keep the original x-ray in your cabin luggage (do not check it in with your baggage) and when you reach the UK Border Line at Heathrow, you will be asked to show the x-ray and the report. If they are happy with it great, else they will make you wait for an x-ray (which is free of cost).
