Workers Registration Scheme

Hi if the 12 month period of legal employment was completed 2 years ago with the WRS can a registration certificate be obtained now if:

1. Since the 12 month period was completed there has been a gap of 2 months employment. The gap was within the past 12 months.
2. Currently employed now
