The ruling means there is no cap in place at present.

If an employer applies for a COS while there is no interim limit is enforced, what will happen?

will he get COS traight away or they will see on the day next meeting take place, and decide whether CAP applies or not ?

regards

ps. they might have fixed this anomaly by the time next panel meets in Jan , last week!
