They will not only refuse your application. They may treat you as an immigration offender as you have breached your condition to stay in UK (actually you are illegal person in UK at the moment) and put ban on your futher entry to UK from 1 to 10 years.
So, its too late to wake up now. You need to go to your home country and apply for an entry clearance.
Further, if you overstay for 29 days and left UK on your own expenses, 1-year automatic re-entry ban will be enforced on all your future applications!
Furthermore, if UKBA catches you somewhere in UK, even before 28 days, they may put you in prison for 6-months then deport you to your home country and 10-years automatic re-entry ban will be enforced on all your future applications!
I am not trying to make you scared. I just told you whatever happened with many peoples!
However, if refused, then there is no right of appeal. Moreover, if they overstay by more than 28 days, then they may face an automatic re-entry ban.245ZX wrote:(b) The applicant must have, or have last been granted, entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain:

That is true - you can apply for leave to remain as long as you were last granted permission to enter the UK.vinny wrote:I think that it may be possible for certain overstayers to apply if they satisfy all the requirements of 245ZX.
