want to apply for my Pr but got some few questions and the questions arw

I have been in this contry since 2004 (came in as a student) I got my RC in october this year.

I have applied for JSA as i have finish my degree and am not working though intently seeking Job and planning to go for post graduate studies next year.
my question is can I applie for Pr now counting the time I have been in this country as part of the years towards PR.
Please your response and advice is needed and will be greatly apreciated.

You cannot apply for PR until you have lived in the UK in accordance with the EEA regulations for a period of 5 years, with your spouse who was exercising treaty rights over this period as well .

There is a case coming up at the ECJ, which might help your case, but as things stand, you have to wait until you have been married for, and lived with your spouse, who is exercising treaty rights for 5 years

Thanks Obie for the reply, I am not married to an EEA; I am on RC based on depending on my uncle who is an eea national and I Have been living with him since 2004. applied since for RC since 2005.
Any response will be really appreciated

I remember your case now. I believe you will qualify if you can show evidence of living together for 5 years, evidence of dependency over this period and evidence your uncle has been exercising treaty rights over this period

as i mentioned above will geting JSA Affect my application because I just applied for it. Thanks
