Been in UK for 2 yrs now applying from outside

Post by jason32 » Tue Dec 21, 2010 3:48 am

Hi Guyz,

I am planing on applying for Tier 1 from my home country but have a couple of questions if you could help me:

1. I've been working for a company for 2 yrs and was made redundant on 12th of october 2010 and my salary was 30K, so if we count my salary till sept then I made 22500 plus I was paid £4360 for redundancy and 12 days salary. Does that add up to the total of my earnings for this yr from UK? Does redundancy allowance count as earning? if it does then I'll get my 5 points for UK experience as I'll be over 25K

2. If I apply from outside do I have to sit in ielts exam again?

3. I have currently applied for a student visa and waiting for their reply. But as soon as i get that i'll fly back home and apply for my Tier 1, if it gets rejected, will I be able to come back on my student visa?

Need you help guyz.

Thanks
