hi dear sir , i have an application of tier 4 student visa extension with ukba , the sole purpose of this application was to spend the time so i could get my results from my university and then apply for post study work , the tier 4 application is still pending and since i have fulfilled all the requirements (maintenance and degree both ) i intend to make a psw application but mean time i have realized that i cannot make new application while i have one application pending with ukba,can i vary the grounds of my present student application to get post study work or what else can be done. The expiry date of my last leave to remain is already gone but the the application is still undecided with ukba.
