Dependant Old father, needs to come to UK

I have been working here in the UK for over 10 yrs, and I am British citizen. my father has lost his wife last year in pakistan. So he is 72 year old widow.

He is depending on me. Is it possible to get him a british citizenship?

Where can I get further information on this?

ILR holder's widowed parent can only live permanently in the UK if no other relatives are available to support he/she in the home country.

Is parents of British Citizen are considered under same rule for their settlement Visa?
