Changing name after marriage...???

Hi every body just a quick question that i got married to a polish citizen in 2006 but after marriage she did't change her name as she wanted to keep her family name ,as we did't go through the name changing process because of this her name appears on bank statements and pay slips as MISS, our relation are not going really well , my question is if we go through the divorce and than i apply for the PR would there be any problem?
I would really appreciate if some one helps.

This shouldn't be a problem as long as the marriage certificate shows both your full names and you can provide proof of cohabitation showing both your full names as well. My wife keeps her own name and the title miss is still used on her letters
