Has anyone who applied for a UK Tier 1 in december 2010 already received their visa ?

I don't think so because the average time-frame these days is at least 6 weeks. Take a look at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... tingtimes/

This is very helpful indeed.
I read somewhere on this site for a topic covering processing timelines and read that many of the applicants who applied between 20-30 November 2010, received their passports, guessing what does that mean....

I honestly don't think so. I applied on 9. Nov and I'm still waiting. I only heard that people who applied around 2-3. Nov received their passports.

This link is for Tier 1 (General) applicants ..... which is different from Tier 1 (PSW)! For Tier 1 (PSW) application processing timelines, keep an eye on this topic.
