Maintenance Funds For Dependents plz. Help!!

Hi, I want to apply for dependent visa for my wife and kids, i am a tier 2 visa holder since November 2009, I am currently working in the UK since December 2009, my questions are:

1. Along with maintanence funds of 533 for each dependent do I have to show £800 for myself also.

2. Dose the conditions for maintenance funds for dependents stay the same even after 12 months of me working in the UK? or do they change? if so then in what way do they change? as this is not vey clear from the guidelines written on the website.

if u (main applicant) are working in UK for more than 12 months, then u don't have to show additional £800 for urself (because u have already proven that in ur tier 2 application). You just need to prove maintenance funds for dependents i.e £533 for each dependent.
