Re-entry as visitor after student visa expires

Post by STHAM » Fri Dec 31, 2010 1:23 pm

Hi,
my student visa will expire on 31 Jan 2011. How long do I have to wait before I can enter the UK as a visitor? I am a non-visa national, so I don't need a visitor visa to enter.

Also, is there a possibility that I will be denied entry because of my expired student visa?

Have you attended college, completed your course and got the qualification that you came for?
What are your plans on seeking entry as a visitor?

Yes I have completed my course and have been awarded my degree.
My plans as a visitor is for visiting friends/family and I intend to return to my home country within the 6 months.
