work for tier 2 dependant

Hello all ,
I am here in tier 2 ICT visa from one of company from India. My wife is now having Tier 2 Dependant Visa. Can she work here in UK on this VISA. She has experience in mainframes ( IT ) and hence chances for her getting job is high. please help me in this.
