Hi all,

I have got a lot of confusion.I am married to my husband who is a non european citizen who got PermenantResidency under european law.His european sister sponsored him.I am here under student visa.Can my husband who hold PR sponsor me now.what type of form will i need to use.I asked question for my friends now my time to get confused.everyone aswered for the enquries i made earlier thank you very much.

You will need to apply using the FLR(M) form, and providing the necessary supporting documents.
