HSMP Extension under Limited Company

Hi All,

Can any one guide me what documents I need to submit for HSMP Extension under Limited Company.

I opened a Limited Company, opened business Account.
Generated Invoices every month and money were deposited by client in to the Business Account.

I was not aware to transfer money from Business Account in to my Current account as Dividends/salary and I dont have any payslips....Its been 7 months and my contract finished.. I need to apply in 3 months...

I was thinking as I own the Limited company and I am the director and 100% share holder of the company I no need to transfer and make any payslips.. Is it so?? and I was maintaining minimum 800 pounds in my Business Account only...

Can any one guide me please is it possible to submit followng letters to Immigration to extend my HSMP?

1)A letter from Account that I hold 100% share of the Limited company and the TAX I will pay at the end of Year and the net income.
2)Bank Statements of my Buinsess Account

Can I forward the Business Account bank statements as funds (Minimum of 800 Pounds from last three months)? If I hold Limited Company.

You are not the limited company so in general I would say the funds in your limited company belong to the company. Your funds are in your personal account.

If you are planning to show your earnings are "retained in the company" maybe you could possible argue they are your maintenance funds. But this is complex - why not make it simple and show a separate personal bank account?

(We know that caseworkers who are confused by non-standard evidence are more likely to make mistakes or reject your application.)

Not that I know of. Money in company bank account belongs to company not individual

No, check the link above and just follow it. It was a successful application so just copy that
