Struck in Fund game

Post by gantavya » Tue Jan 04, 2011 2:55 pm

Hi friends, i am applying for student visa
i have 7200 pounds fund for last 24 days in my bank account.
As i received offer letter i by mistake made draft from that 7200 pounds
So my balance has gone below 7200 pounds.
Then same day(within 2 hours) i added more funds to reach 7200 again

When i am gona ask for bank statement for 2 hours my account is below funds i needed.

What i must do?
Count for 28 days again starting from now? or the Ambessy will take statements of days and i will not face any problem?

The Tier 4 PBS Law says:

"Funds must not have dropped below the required amount on any day of the 28 day period."

First get a full 28 days bank statement from your bank. Check it 'Three times' in any date it shows a balance less then £7200? Keep in mind that the required amount is £7200 + Required course fee. I presume rest you paid already.

If yes, there is day/date the balance shows less then £7200, you have to wait for till next 29 days!

If not, you can submit it with your visa application without any fear as UKBA will count '28 consecutive day' not '672 consecutive hours'.

But check it properly as there is a chance that bank credited your account next day due to some local banking laws / limitation of banking time cycle. etc.
